Based on the One-Product-One-Code (EPC: Electronic Code) product digitization technology, the Internet of Things (IoT) collection equipment system is installed in the beer filling line to collect real-time product QR code data, realize the three-code association of the product (referring to the association of the bottle code, box code and pallet code) or the multi-code association (referring to the association of the hearing code, film code, box code and pallet code), and automatically correct the deviation and solve the abnormal faults during the production process through the intelligent algorithms.
